Distance Sales Agreement

The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below in the application and interpretation of this agreement. MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade, MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade, LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation, SERVICE: All consumer transactions other than the provision of goods made or promised for a fee or benefit, SELLER: The company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes, SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER, ORDERER: A natural or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website, PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER, CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER, GOODS: Movable items subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, sound, image prepared for use in electronic media,

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically on the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. Announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that they have read and been informed about the basic qualities, sales price and payment method of the product subject to the contract on the SELLER's website, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically. Each product subject to the contract shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

In the event that the distance contract is related to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without giving any reason, provided that the SELLER is notified within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to himself/herself or to the person/organization at the address he/she indicated. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the price of the product is refunded within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER, using the same payment method and without any cost to the BUYER. For card payments, once the SELLER has issued the refund, the time it takes the bank to reflect the amount in the BUYER's account may vary between 2 and 14 days. This period depends on the bank's own processes and is outside the SELLER's control.

Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs, such as underwear, cosmetics, and disposable products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that in case of default when making payments by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between themselves and the card issuing bank and will be liable to the bank.

Complaints and objections arising from this contract shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in Bursa.

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract upon making the payment for the order placed on the Site.
